Before I started working with Katelyn, I thought that I had a pretty good handle on my health…

I was working out with a private trainer and making broccoli + chicken most nights for dinner, but bingeing on sweets to compensate.

I felt really frustrated and uncomfortable in my body.

And I knew that it was time to ask for help.

Working with Katelyn wasn’t like anything else that I’d tried. I trusted her throughout the entire coaching process and can’t even begin to express how grateful I am for the time and attention that she gave me.

I can’t even believe the transformation that I’ve experienced.

I finally have a handle on my emotional eating!!

I used to have this all-or-nothing mentality where I was either eating pizza, donuts, etc- and a lot of it all OR bland chicken and reheated veggies.

Since working with Katelyn, I feel calmer in my life, and don’t I don’t immediately reach for food when I’m mad or stressed.

I feel more confident and actually enjoy getting in the kitchen to cook, because food has an entirely different meaning to me.

Katelyn offers the best advice and really helps you understand and apply it in a way that makes it easy to make changes.

I can honestly apply every aspect of what I’ve received in our coaching for the rest of my life.
