I'm Katelyn Parsons


I’m a life coach, helping women in leadership feel comfortable in their skin and achieve goals without food + body preoccupation.

After beginning my career in fashion,  I pursued several job changes, a cross-country move, and healing from a decade-long eating disorder.

Through my personal development journey, I discovered a passion for supporting other women to pursue their own big dreams. 

Today, I help clients create fulfilling lives through curated company workshops & my customized coaching process that blends the principles of intuitive eating, body image work, mindset, and habit-building techniques.
