Gwen Franco is a Learning & Development Manager at Hyatt Hotels in San Diego. She focuses on designing and facilitating leadership development training, offers performance coaching and created a podcast with over 30 episodes posted and 2000 downloads. Her performance coaching business is forthcoming where she will work with people to illuminate and invigorate their self-development. 

She is a native Southern Californian and has lived in San Diego for 4 years. Gwen describes herself as follows: I am inquisitive so I love to ask why and I love tacos!
