Barbara is a HAES Family and Osteopathic Medicine Physician in Austin, TX. Her interest in Intuitive Eating Counseling emerged after recovering from an eating disorder and learning that diets result in further weight-gain over time. Originally from Argentina, Barbara is proud of her Latin American roots. In her spare time, Barbara is an author, CrossFit Trainer, belly dancer, and dedicated mother and wife.
