How Healing Hunger And Fullness Cues Builds Body Trust

Figuring out your hunger and fullness can feel so incredibly frustrating.

Speaking from personal experience- there were so many days when I literally felt like my body was broken.

Most of the time I blamed my binges on my lack of "willpower".

It actually never even occurred to me to listen to my hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues in my body, because they’d been hijacked by different diets and "patterns of eating" for so long. I didn’t know how to listen to my body in this way.

Healing these body cues felt totally liberating.

It didn’t happen overnight, but when I realized that it was actually an integral part that needed to change, a lightbulb went off.

I finally started to feel like I could trust my body…for the first time ever (besides childhood)…

This is something that I love helping clients learn because it really puts you back in the driver's seat around food choices.

It gives you a voice in what you want and allows you to actually enjoy what you’re eating, without feeling uncomfortable in your body or walking around with a head full of guilt.

It takes time though.

But healing your relationship with food and repairing your hunger + fullness cues is a process.

It’s a big part of the intuitive eating journey and will completely change your life when you give it the patience, compassion, and attention that it needs.

You DESERVE to enjoy life & feel present each day in your business, relationships & activities without feeling preoccupied with the judgment of deciding if you’re hungry or full.

I know you’re an action-taker who likes to start something and get immediate results so that you can keep moving through your to-do list (or bucket list).
