3. Metrics to measure health. Rather than teaching emotional coping, healthy communication & sustainable self-care, you’ve been taught to measure  health in “good/bad” external ways tracking devices, apps, plans & programs.

Diet culture is everywhere. And it often creates a sense of disordered “normalcy” within your own relationship with food & body.
