Power Snack Box to STOP Afternoon Stress Eating
For those days where you can feel a binge or mindless eating coming on. The ones where you need a little extra for a snack…not even because you’re hungry. You just want to eat.
First off- we all have those days.
So let’s get past the judgement that “emotional eating is bad”.
I spent years and years mindlessly binging at my corporate desk on everything from candy, to entire tubs of hummus and baby carrots.
And even today, I still have afternoons where I just feel like eating. And do.
But I want to give you an option that goes beyond a traditional power snack that I’d recommend to keep your energy up between lunch and dinner (ie. a simple handful of raw nuts- especially if your lunch is a Modern Girl Meal…I promise you won’t feel hungry if this is the case).
This simple Power Snack Box is filled with healthy fat and protein to help you feel satiated.
The art of putting the pieces together will help you feel like it’s a little more involved as well…without reaching for an entire bag of chips or sneaking back and forth to your office kitchen to sneak your co-workers birthday cake ;)
1/2 Avocado (sliced)
1/4 Cucumber (sliced)
1/4 cup Raw Nuts
4 Nori Sheets
Add all ingredients portable container & enjoy! I like to make little wraps with the nori sheets, avocado + cucumbers :)
