5-Minute Cozy Oatmeal
In case you need some cozy Saturday morning breakfast inspiration, this is one of my recipe staples…..
In a small saucepan boil 1 cup of water (or almond milk)
Add a pinch of pink salt + 1/2 C organic oats
Stir together until everything thickens up a bit
Add 1/2 TBSP organic coconut oil + sprinkle of cinnamon (stir again)
Top with 1/2 banana, sprinkle of hemp hearts and a scoop of nut butter
Grab your slippers + a good book and relax
This particular breakfast is really great for grounding down. The slow carbohydrates from the oats are nourishing and help you to feel satiated.
The prefect way to wind into your weekend.
