INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk (swap for filtered water)

  • 1-2 large handfuls organic spinach (swap for 5 leaves Romaine (washed and torn)

  • 1 cup Frozen Cauliflower

  • 1/2 Banana (frozen) (swap 1/2 C organic berries)

  • 2 tbsps Chia Seeds

  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter (swap 1/2 avocado or 1 TBSP organic tahini)

  • 2 tbsps Ground Flax Seed (swap 1 TBSP acacia fiber)

  • 1 scoop plant-based protein powder (swap 1/2 oz grass-fed Collagen Powder)

DIRECTIONS:

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy! ENJOY.
