1 1/2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk (swap for filtered water)
1-2 large handfuls organic spinach (swap for 5 leaves Romaine (washed and torn)
1 cup Frozen Cauliflower
1/2 Banana (frozen) (swap 1/2 C organic berries)
2 tbsps Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Almond Butter (swap 1/2 avocado or 1 TBSP organic tahini)
2 tbsps Ground Flax Seed (swap 1 TBSP acacia fiber)
1 scoop plant-based protein powder (swap 1/2 oz grass-fed Collagen Powder)
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy! ENJOY.
