2-Minute Miso Dressing
One of my favorite refrigerator staples- MISO

✔️real food (GREAT FOR GUT HEALTH)
I use this refrigerator staple all of the time to make a quick salad dressing.
In a small mason jar add 1TBSP miso + 1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil + dash of water and whisk together with a fork, thin out with more water for desired consistency.
Add a tsp of apple cider vinegar + your favorite seasonings- excluding salt!! Miso has plenty of natural sodium.
Continue whisking and drizzle over your favorite dish!
This is so good over roasted veggies, greens, or protein.
Another way to use miso? Toss a TBSP into a large pot of boiling water to make an easy base for soup. Just chop up and add your favorite veggies, protein, beans, rice etc.
Or keep it simple with tofu + dried seaweed.
Regardless of how you choose to use it, miso is a great refrigerator staple that packs a ton of flavor and supports the health of your gut!
