ENERGIZING YOGURT PARFAIT (Modern Girl Recipe)

ENERGIZING YOGURT PARFAIT

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup unsweetened yogurt (either coconut or organic plain. FULL FAT)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 scoop of protein powder or grass-fed collagen

  • Splash of almond milk or water to thin out consistency to your liking

  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed

  • ¼ cup frozen or fresh berries

DIRECTIONS:

  • In a small bowl mix yogurt and protein powder together

  • Thin out with desired liquid until it’s reached a consistency that you like

  • Top with chia seeds, flax seeds, and berries

  • Option to add additional spices + ingredients (ex. cinnamon, nutmeg, hemp hearts, collagen powder etc.)
