The EASIEST Way to Cook Veggies
If you know you should be eating more veggies but struggle with making them taste crave-worthy, you've got to try my cooking method....
Melt 1 TBSP coconut oil in a pan.
Add chopped veggies and toss them around in the heated coconut oil.
Reduce the heat to med/high and grab a lid.
***Important tip! The lid should be about 1 size smaller than the pan. This lets some of the heat escape and helps your veggies to break down.
Cover the veggies for about 10 minutes, tossing them around here and there- you’ll know they’re done when they start to look a little crispy.
Add some garlic powder + pink salt and any other spices you want.
Transfer to a bowl and add your toppings- more healthy fat, protein, sauce etc.
ENJOY!! This takes all of 10-15 min to make.
