The EASIEST Way to Cook Veggies

If you know you should be eating more veggies but struggle with making them taste crave-worthy, you've got to try my cooking method....

Directions:

  • Melt 1 TBSP coconut oil in a pan.

  • Add chopped veggies and toss them around in the heated coconut oil.

  • Reduce the heat to med/high and grab a lid.

  • ***Important tip! The lid should be about 1 size smaller than the pan. This lets some of the heat escape and helps your veggies to break down.

  • Cover the veggies for about 10 minutes, tossing them around here and there- you’ll know they’re done when they start to look a little crispy.

  • Add some garlic powder + pink salt and any other spices you want.

  • Transfer to a bowl and add your toppings- more healthy fat, protein, sauce etc. 

ENJOY!! This takes all of 10-15 min to make.
