Easy Oven Roasted Nut Recipe
This is the perfect blend of healthy fat + protein and will give you loads of energy!
Measure out 1/4 C for an instant (delicious) way to kick your afternoon cravings.
3-4 C of raw nuts (either a blend or 1 variety)
½ TBSP olive oil
Sprinkle of garlic powder, sea salt and rosemary (option to add additional spices)
Preheat oven to 400
In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix well
Spread nuts onto a baking sheet
Pop in the oven for 10 minutes
Let cool and enjoy!
