Easy Oven Roasted Nut Recipe

This is the perfect blend of healthy fat + protein and will give you loads of energy!

Measure out 1/4 C for an instant (delicious) way to kick your afternoon cravings. 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3-4 C of raw nuts (either a blend or 1 variety)

  • ½ TBSP olive oil

  • Sprinkle of garlic powder, sea salt and rosemary (option to add additional spices)

DIRECTIONS:

  • Preheat oven to 400

  • In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix well

  • Spread nuts onto a baking sheet 

  • Pop in the oven for 10 minutes 

  • Let cool and enjoy!
