My #1 Diet Tip for Busy Girls
If you’ve worked with me you’ve heard all about my philosophy for “intuitive cooking” and getting back to basics for how we spend time in the kitchen.
Creating abundantly. FILLING your plate rather than portioning. Scary stuff for a lot of women...I get it.
It’s pretty common for most of my clients to ask for meal plans/recipe guides...the traditional “diet” stuff in the beginning. And truth be told it’s not easy to release that mentality around how we see food- especially when we’re committing to making healthy changes.
But here’s the thing- how many programs have you followed where you’ve diligently prepped, prepared and planned your life away? You’re so stoked that you’re “on a roll ” ...and then week 3 hits and you’re fire is slowly burning out. Takeout on the couch seems way more fun.
Before you know it you’re off that train and back to old habits “it’s all or nothing” / “I’ll go back to being “good” next week”.
But here’s the truth- I’m not here to help you feel better in your jeans for one season...and I’m not a fan of “cheat days”.
This is about creating a lifestyle that’s sustainable and EASY. It’s about discovering the ways to nourish yourself so that food isn’t at the top of your mind all the time. It’s about shifting your mindset and prioritizing yourself so that you can take care of everyone else around you.
I know that my style of coaching isn’t popular- it’s so much easier to plug some numbers into an app on your phone. But I’m incredibly confident that if you’re ready to do the work and dive deep, your entire life will be transformed.
I’ve witnessed it with client after client. I’ve experienced it. And it’s SO WORTH IT.
