Nourished with Nina. I help busy women lower their stress levels and balance their hormones so they can feel energized again! After years of struggling with anxiety and hormone imbalance myself, I turned towards a holistic lifestyle to heal my body again. I knew immediately that I had to share how incredibly self-healing the body is with the world.
My coaching programs are rooted in the belief that our mind, body, and spirit is intricately connected. I help my clients nourish their bodies, calm their nervous systems, and open up a more to the wonders of Universal energy. :)
How do you usually start your mornings?
I usually switch it up, but I always prioritize calming the mind and grounding my body before I get my day going. This sometimes means a quick meditation or lighting up some palo santo… a quick ritual to bring positivity to my day.
I also can’t get my day started without a quality breakfast filled with energizing protein and healthy fats. It’s so important that I start the day with food that will really nourish and support my body!
What get's you excited about the work that you do?
I am so incredibly energized that I get to help women really show up fully in their lives. I know what it feels like to live with chronic stress and hormone imbalance that affects your day-to-day activities — successful women have no time for that! ;) I love watching my clients increase their energy, calm their minds, and feel empowered about life again.
How would you describe your ideal client?
My ideal client is a hardworking and busy gal who usually puts everyone’s needs before her own. She is successful in her job, and on the outside, looks like she has it all put together. But, her always on-the-go and busy lifestyle is starting to take a toll on both her mental and physical health. That’s where I come in to support her in fully nourishing her body again and calming the nervous system so she can truly thrive!
What’s one piece of advice you teach consistently, that would help someone take action today?
The gut is one of the FIRST places I start when helping my clients calm their stress levels and get their energy back. I always encourage them to try out my free 14-Day Gut Reboot Program to get them started!

Can you describe what a night of self-care would look like for you?
Slipping into my yoga pants and a big sweatshirt, making a cup of turmeric tea, and watching reading one of Rebecca Campbell’s amazing spiritual books. :)

Jenna Kutcher for sure! She is a total boss babe and such a positive light.
